1) Sharp Designz will require a deposit on any graphic designs/ apparel design before any work is started, and full payment is due before orders are
completed or shipped.
2) Customers will be given a preview and allowed to make any last-minute changes before

4) Deposits are non-refundable if the Company has met its said obligation.
5) Delivery is available for an additional fee, for further information please submit inquiries via
the contact section. All submissions will be answered in a timely manner typically within 24 – 48 hrs.

7) When calling about your order please have the order number ready and available for faster service.
1) Custom designs are available and will be priced based on the customer’s request.
2) If the customer has their own design the price will be a flat rate, please see price list.
3) There will be an additional $2.00 FEE FOR 2XL AND UP.
4) Customers can also request exclusivity on a design and it shall not be sold nor reproduced.
5) No returns or exchanges on customized merchandise all sales are final.
6) We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
